ProMark Diversity Marimba MH
ProMark JW4 marimba mallets, Jim Wunderlich Marimba Series. Focused tone, medium-hard articulation, birch handle with silky-smooth finish.
Product Description
The ProMark JW4 Diversity Marimba mallets from the Jim Wunderlich Marimba Series combine a synthetic core with a birch handle for a focused, medium-hard sound. They're built for marimba players who want clear articulation with a smooth, comfortable grip.
The head is built around a round synthetic core with brass inserts, wrapped in a layer of latex and finished with synthetic yarn. This construction gives the JW4 a focused tone and medium-hard articulation, working well for passages that need definition without sacrificing warmth.
The finished birch handle has an ultra-smooth finish with a silky texture reminiscent of rattan, though without the same level of flexibility, giving a firm, controlled feel in the hand.
