ProMark JW5
ProMark JW5 marimba mallets, part of Jim Wunderlich's signature series, with a hard yarn head for maximum articulation.
Product Description
The ProMark JW5 mallets are part of the Jim Wunderlich Marimba Series, featuring a hard yarn head and birch handles built for maximum articulation. They deliver a clear, defined attack with excellent dynamic control.
The head is built around a round synthetic core with brass inserts, wrapped in a layer of latex and finished with synthetic yarn. This construction gives the JW5 its hard character and maximum articulation, keeping fast passages clear and defined. The finished birch handles have an ultra-smooth finish with a silky texture similar to rattan, but without the same level of flexibility.
