Disco Grooves

Product Description

Disco Grooves is a MIDI pack from Toontrack featuring over 500 disco-inspired drum grooves, drawing on funk and disco history from the '60s and '70s through to today's dance music. The pack delivers ready-played grooves and fills suited to both vintage and modern productions.

Disco was born when late 1960s funk songs made their way into the night clubs of Manhattan in the early seventies, quickly becoming a global phenomenon and a lifestyle of its own. Disco Grooves captures the timeless four-on-the-floor rhythm with an accented hi-hat that defined the genre, while also drawing inspiration from how it evolved over the decades into today's dance music. The same pulse can still be heard in artists like Justin Timberlake, Daft Punk and Madonna.
