Tama Roadpro Light HC82LS

Product Description

The Tama Roadpro Light HC82LS is a straight cymbal stand with single-braced legs, built to be light to carry without giving up stability. It weighs just 3.1 kg, 25% lighter than the equivalent HC82W, making it a good choice if you want to save weight in your hardware bag without losing function.

The stand shares its Glide-Tite Grip Joint construction with Tama's double-braced sister models and the Star Hardware series. The pipe sections are held firmly in place by protective nylon bushings combined with metal-to-metal locking, giving stability despite the lightweight build. The Roadpro Light has a slightly shorter middle pipe and single-braced legs compared to the heavier models.

Quick Setup and Adjustment

The cymbal is mounted using the QC8 Quick-set Cymbalmate, making it fast to set up and move between gigs and rehearsals. The angle is adjusted with a gearless Quick-set tilter, letting you find exactly the tilt you want without being limited to preset positions.

Who It's For

A good choice if you want to reduce the weight of your hardware rig, for example when travelling a lot or carrying your own stands, without losing the locking stability of Tama's Grip Joint construction.
