A cymbal sleeve washer from Tama with a bushing on both sides, keeping the cymbal seated properly while protecting it from rubbing against the stand. Fits Tama's Roadpro and Stagestar cymbal stands, and also works on many other cymbal stands on the market that use the same type of longer cymbal screw.

The sleeve sits between the cymbal and the stand's tilter screw, preventing the cymbal from getting scratched or chipped around the hole where metal would otherwise sit directly against metal. Because this version has a sleeve on both sides, it works with stands that use longer cymbal screws, such as Tama's Roadpro and Stagestar series – but the same principle applies to most cymbal stands, so the washer will often work outside Tama's own lineup too, as long as the screw length matches.
