Latin percussion Galaxy Giovanni 11 3/4" - Ash Natural
Galaxy Giovanni conga, 11 3/4", ash with natural rawhide and gold-tone hardware. Warm, full tone.
Product Description
The Galaxy Giovanni is an 11 3/4" conga from Latin Percussion, built with a 3-ply North American ash shell and a hand-selected natural rawhide head. It delivers a warm, full tone with real projection, making it a great choice for players who want a professional-grade conga for stage and studio.
The ash shell provides a stable foundation with good resonance, while the hand-selected natural rawhide head adds warmth and character that's hard to match with synthetic heads. The hoops are Extended Comfort Curve II in the Z Series profile, shaped for comfortable playing during long sessions. Tuning is handled by classic 3/8" tuning lugs, a simple and reliable system that holds the drum in tune.
Construction and details
The side plates are the Galaxy design: a bigger surface, specially reinforced, with 3 fixing screws for a stable mount. The hardware has a Gold Tone finish for a premium look, and ProCare Shell Protectors guard the shell's edges against wear during transport and storage. The shell finish is Ash Natural, showcasing the natural grain of the ash wood.
Who it's for
A conga for the player who wants a reliable workhorse with a professional feel, both in the studio and on stage.
