16" Meinl Percussion Classics Custom Cymbal Stack - Brilliant

Product Description

The Meinl Classics Custom Trash Stack is a 16" cymbal stack with a bright, medium-high pitched sound, built for trash tones with fast attack and short sustain. The holes in the top cymbal enhance the trash character, making the stack an effective addition for rock, pop, metal, fusion and studio work.

The stack is cast in B10 alloy (90% copper, 10% tin) and manufactured using a computer-controlled Hi-Tech process for consistent quality between the cymbals. The sound is bright with medium-to-high sustain and medium volume, which lets it work well alongside most cymbal setups without overpowering them.

Sound Character

Bright sound with a medium-high pitch. The holes in the top cymbal give a fast, distinct trash attack and a short decay, with sustain ranging from medium to high. Volume is medium, giving room to use the stack as an accent effect without it taking over the mix.

Construction

The cymbals are pressed from B10 bronze (90% copper, 10% tin) with a Brilliant finish and made using a computer-controlled process for consistent results. The series is also available in a 12" size.

Who It's For

A good choice if you want an effective, bright trash stack for rock, pop, metal, fusion or studio work.
