Classic Rock EZX
Classic Rock EZX is an expansion for Superior Drummer 3 with two complete drum kits, Amber Kit and Sparkle Kit, recorded at AIR Studios in London.
Product Description
Classic Rock EZX is drawn from Legacy of Rock SDX and contains two complete drum kits produced by Eddie Kramer.
Included
Included are Amber Kit and Sparkle Kit as two complete drum kits, plus additional instruments and extra kit pieces such as timpani and gong. You also get a wide range of presets for instantly mix-ready sound, along with a collection of MIDI grooves and fills inspired by Eddie's classic rock discography.
Sound
Amber Kit has a unique, open and cutting tone, while Sparkle Kit offers a more traditional tonal palette but still a powerful rock sound. The drums are sampled with sticks, mallets and snare wires to capture different tonal colours. Amber Kit is a reproduction of the acrylic kit that John Bonham used during the now-historic "The Song Remains the Same" recordings in 1976.
Recording
The material was recorded at AIR Studios in London, United Kingdom, produced by Eddie Kramer.
