Big Fat Snare Drum
Snare drum dampening pad, Big Fat Snare Drum. Gives a fat, muted vintage 70s sound.
Product Description
Big Fat Snare Drum is a thin rubber pad that sits directly on the drumhead, giving your snare drum a fat, muted vintage sound from the 70s. It's a fast way to change your snare's character without swapping heads or drums.
Want your regular snare sound back? Just lift the pad off. No tuning, no hassle. Place it on and play. It's a quick way to go from a modern, open snare sound to a short, dry and fat tone reminiscent of classic 70s recordings.
Available in several sizes and configurations to fit different snare drums, including 13" and 14". There are also combo packs, Donut models, and Sound Bar (SB) versions offering different degrees of dampening and tonal character.
