Big Fat Snare Drum Original 15"
Big Fat Snare Drum 15'' Original, a rubber and plastic damper that lowers pitch without retuning.
Product Description
Big Fat Snare Drum 15'' Original is a damper placed on top of an existing snare or tom head to lower the pitch without retuning the drum. It gives a deep, warm, vintage-inspired tone.
Function
The damper is placed directly on top of the head already fitted to the drum. No extra drum or retuning is needed to change the tone. It suits drums tuned in the medium to high range and instantly face-lifts their sound.
Construction
The damper is made of rubber and plastic. A rubberised gasket provides weight, balance and stability so it stays in place on the head while playing.
Sound
The tone is deep, warm and thick with a character reminiscent of the 1970s. It gives an authentic and sought-after warm tone without having to change the drum.
Fits
Big Fat Snare Drum 15'' Original fits Triple Flanged Hoops, Die Cast Hoops, Single Flanged, DW True Hoops, Stick Saver Hoops, Wood Hoops, S-Hoops and Vintage Hoops.
