Big Fat Snare Drum Muffler Combo Pack 13"
Big Fat Snare Drum 13'' Combo Pack is a rubber and plastic damper for snare and toms that lowers the fundamental tone without retuning.
Product Description
Big Fat Snare Drum 13'' Combo Pack is a set of dampers for both snare and toms. The dampers are placed on top of your existing snare or tom head and lower the fundamental tone without any hassle. The result is a medium strong, muffled sound with a vintage, 1970s-inspired feel.
Function
The dampers are placed directly on the head and lower the tone without you needing to retune or change drum. A thumb hole lets you lift them off quickly when you want to go back to the original sound. A rubberised gasket gives weight, balance and stability so they stay in place on the head.
Sound
A centred circle cutout is there to bring out the snare's attack. The tone becomes deep and warm, with a strong, thudding feel that brings to mind the 1970s.
Fits
The dampers work with several types of hoops, including Triple Flanged Hoops, Die Cast Hoops, Single Flanged and DW True Hoops. They also fit Stick Saver Hoops, Wood Hoops, S-Hoops and Vintage Hoops.
