Big Box is an enlarged professional cajon from Valter Percussion, built for players who want extra deep bass or a higher seat height. It's a hybrid of the Standard and Custom boxes, 5 cm longer in every direction, giving it a fat bass tone and sharp attack in both bass and treble. Works equally well in the rehearsal room, on stage, or in the studio.
Sound and construction
Big Box combines the Custom box's snare mechanism with the Standard box's materials, in a larger format. The body is 5 cm longer in every direction than a regular cajon, which gives it that extra deep bass tone.
