Product Description
The Audix D2 Trio is a complete miking package for toms – three D2 microphones with everything you need for a fast, tidy setup. The tailored frequency response delivers punch, clarity and warmth without turning muddy or boomy, and the included DVICE mounts let you skip bulky mic stands altogether.
The D2 is built around Audix's proprietary VLM (Very Low Mass) capsule technology, giving superior transient response and capturing the detail in your drum sound more accurately. The mics are primarily intended for rack toms and floor toms, but also work well on congas, guitar and bass cabinets, and saxophone and brass.
