Artisan tamburin
Single-row tambourine in 9-ply maple laminate with B8 bronze jingles. Full sound and comfortable grip handle.
Product Description
The Meinl Artisan Edition is a single-row wooden tambourine with B8 bronze jingles, built for musicians who want real tonal character and a comfortable playing feel. The frame is laminated from 9 layers of maple, giving a sturdy yet lightweight build.
Compared to the manufacturer's double-row sister models, this single-row version is slightly lighter to hold, while the B8 bronze jingles deliver a full sound with good projection, so the tambourine cuts through clearly even in a fuller mix.
Playing Feel
The tambourine features a comfortable grip handle that makes it easier to hold steady during longer playing sessions, giving a more secure and relaxed feel whether you're playing seated or standing.
Construction
The frame is made from 9-ply maple laminate and is single-row, meaning it has a single row of jingles around the frame. The jingles are made from B8 bronze alloy, the same type of alloy used in many cymbals, which contributes to the fullness of the tone.
