AOR Grooves MIDI

Product Description

AOR Grooves MIDI is a MIDI pack from Toontrack featuring timeless rock grooves in the Adult Oriented Rock (AOR) tradition, played by session drummer Norman Garschke. It gives you the perfect foundation for any rock track where the drums should have attitude without being overpowering.

When bands like Boston, Journey, Toto, The Doobie Brothers and Steely Dan rose to international fame in the late '70s, the term Adult Oriented Rock (AOR) was coined to set this lush, technically inclined genre apart from its rowdier sibling, classic rock. Drummers like Jeff Porcaro, Bernard Purdie and Steve Gadd went on to inspire a whole new generation of players, and that session-musician quality is exactly what this collection builds on: sturdy, timeless grooves with edge, nuance and finesse.
