Product Description

The CSB-45C is a breakout box from AMP (LEEM) that combines four XLR signals into a single shielded CAT cable, with output via Ethercon. It's built for anyone who needs to send analog or digital audio, phantom power and DMX through an existing or new cable run without pulling four separate XLR cables.

The box is designed for simple, lossless audio signal transmission. It handles 4-channel balanced analog audio or AES/EBU digital audio through the same cable, and can also pass phantom power and DMX signals for lighting. The CSB-45C uses the analog conductors in any shielded Cat5 or Cat6 cable, analog all the way with no digital conversion, and can transmit over distances of up to 100m with impedance optimized for digital signal integrity.

Works with your existing cable infrastructure

Existing STP (shielded twisted pair) cable infrastructures can be used as-is, or new installations can be upgraded by selecting a higher-category cable for expanded signal transmission. The unit is constructed of durable anodized aluminum housing for use in studio and installation environments.
