Alchemy of Pop EZX
Alchemy of Pop EZX is a sound library for EZdrummer 3 and Superior Drummer 3, recorded in Toronto with four drum kits.
Product Description
Alchemy of Pop EZX is built on four drum kits, recorded in Toronto by Hill Kourkoutis and sampled by Skye Polson. Each kit represents its own niche or style, and the library blends organic and electronic elements into a sound somewhere between vintage and modern electronic design.
Sound and Feel
The sounds range from raw, rich, dark, earthy and open to muted, tight and snappy. The underlying feel is a fusion of vintage charm and modern electronic sound design, with a deep, woody, behind-the-beat groove style that suits intimate acoustic as well as powerful, edgy productions equally well.
Technology
Two of the four drum kits were recorded heavily dampened with towels.
Included
Included in the delivery are organic and electronic shakers, stomps, claps, snaps and effects. A MIDI library for building grooves is also included.
Requirements And Purchase
The library requires EZdrummer 3 or Superior Drummer 3 to work. For other technical requirements, see Toontrack.com. The product is not covered by a right of withdrawal or open purchase, but technical support is included after purchase.
