Seating Feel and Ergonomics

The split seat allows the pelvis to move reciprocally in three dimensions instead of being locked in place. The tailbone (coccyx) hangs naturally rather than being compressed against the seat, easing pressure on your lower back during long sets. The design supports more natural movement of the spine and shoulders while seated.
