The Ahead Spinal G Drum Throne is built to take pressure off your back by letting the seat move with you instead of against you. The split, spring-balanced seat allows the pelvis to move reciprocally in three dimensions, easing strain on the tailbone and supporting a more natural movement of the spine and shoulders while seated.

Easier on Your Back

The split seat lets the pelvis move reciprocally in three dimensions instead of locking it in place. This allows the tailbone (coccyx) to hang naturally rather than being compressed against the seat — a difference many drummers notice clearly during long rehearsals, gigs and practice sessions.
