The Ahead 12" 6-Hole Alloy Suspension Mounting System is a floating tom mount that frees the drum from its standard mounting, letting it resonate freely instead of being choked by a rigid bracket. It's easy to install and built from lightweight aircraft-grade aluminum.

The plate is made from chrome-plated, high-strength aircraft aluminum, making the system significantly lighter than steel versions without sacrificing stability. The universal face plate fits roughly 90% of mounting brackets on the market, making it an easy swap regardless of which rack or floor mount you already use.
The system includes three fixed grommets that can be reversed to suit toms mounted on either the right or left side, so you get the correct angle no matter your setup.
