Afroton Singing Bowls Ø 5, 7 & 7,7 cm - Dark varnish with ornaments Set of 3
Set of 3 cast metal singing bowls (Ø 5, 7 & 7.7 cm) from Nepal. Clear, resonant tone for meditation and relaxation.
Product Description
A set of three cast metal singing bowls from Nepal, with diameters of Ø 5, 7 and 7.7 cm. The bowls are cast in a traditional alloy of seven sacred metals and produce a clear, pure and enchanting sound suited for sound meditation and relaxation.
The singing bowls have a dark varnish finish with decorative ornaments and are of top quality. They are played either by striking the bowl or by rubbing the outer rim with a mallet, which makes the bowl "sing" with a long, clear sustain.
Use
Singing bowls are traditionally used for sound meditation, relaxation and calming down. They are very popular in Japanese and Chinese Buddhist temples, where they are often part of rituals and meditation practice.
The set
The set includes three bowls of different sizes (Ø 5, 7 and 7.7 cm), allowing you to combine different tones in the same session.
