Acoustic Songwriter EZmix Pack

Product Description

Acoustic Songwriter is an expansion pack for EZmix 3 by Toontrack, built specifically for acoustic productions. It gives you ready-made presets for acoustic guitar, vocals, upright bass, mandolin and piano, plus AI-assisted mastering settings that take you from idea to finished mix.

Handling acoustic instruments in a mix often takes a completely different approach than electric ones. Mics, natural dynamics, room sound and unavoidable human noises like breathing and squeaking chairs all come into play in a way electric instruments rarely deal with. In a sparse setting there's no way to hide behind walls of sound or layers of instrumentation. Every element needs to harmonize perfectly.

Presets for acoustic instruments

Acoustic Songwriter hones in on a basic set of go-to presets tailored specifically for acoustic instruments. Got a mic'd up acoustic guitar that sounds distant and muddy? There are settings for that. Need a vocal with that super up-close-and-personal vibe? That's covered too. An upright bass, mandolin or piano in need of extra presence gets its own dedicated effect chains.

• An expansion for EZmix 3
