ProMark 7A Rebound hickory activegrip black

Product Description

ProMark Rebound ActiveGrip are drumsticks in hickory from the Select Balance series. The surface is treated with ActiveGrip technology, and the sticks are both weight and pitch matched.

Grip

ActiveGrip is activated by heat and sweat, so the grip gets better the more you sweat. Unlike gloves, grip tape or rubberised grips, the surface does not affect your playing feel. This gives you a relaxed grip and maintained technique even towards the end of a gig.

Construction

The sticks have a long, tapering neck of 3" that gives extra good rebound for dynamic playing. Hickory is a dense and tough wood, which is why it is often used in drumsticks meant to withstand hard hits.

Matching

Each pair is pitch matched with a tolerance of max 6hz, around a quarter tone. The weight matching holds a tolerance of max 1.5 grams between the sticks in the pair.

Manufacturing

ProMark has its own sawmill and control over every part of the manufacturing, from log to finished product. For every tree felled, 5 new ones are planted.
