6" Aquarian Super-2 - Coated
Two-ply drum head with plenty of attack, projection and depth. Great for rock and hard rock.
Product Description
The Aquarian Super-2 Coated is a transparent two-ply drum head built for plenty of attack, projection and depth. It suits players who need a head that responds fast and holds its tuning, especially for rock and hard rock.
The head combines two layers of mylar, 7 mil and 5 mil respectively. Aquarian's "Vacuum Tuned Process" prevents air from getting trapped between the plies, giving a fuller tone than a typical two-ply head.
Construction
The patented Safe-T-Loc ring keeps the head from slipping in the hoop, and the Sound Curve edge provides what Aquarian calls "Responsive Tuning". An edge designed to respond easily when tuning.
Who It's For
A solid choice if you want a powerful tom head with clear attack and deep tone rather than a thin, open-sounding head.
