ProMark 5B Rebound Balance hickory activegrip nylon
Promark 5B Rebound ActiveGrip drumsticks in hickory from the Select Balance series, with a black finish.
Product Description
The 5B Rebound ActiveGrip from Promark is a hickory drumstick from the Select Balance series, built for extra rebound and dynamic playing. The grip is based on the ActiveGrip technology.
ActiveGrip is activated by heat and sweat, so the grip gets better the more you sweat. Unlike gloves, grip tape or rubberised grips, it does not affect playing feel, giving a relaxed grip even late in a performance. Each pair has a maximum weight difference of 1.5gr and a pitch difference of no more than a quarter tone between the two sticks. Promark has its own sawmill and control over every stage of production, from sawmill to finished product. Pitch is a measure of how high or low a tone sounds, determined by the density of the stick and the properties of the hickory. For every tree felled, 5 new trees are planted under the Plant Preserv 5-1 programme.
