Vic Firth 5A Nova hickory lacquer
Drumsticks in 5A Nova from Vic Firth, made of hickory with an oval wood tip and a lacquered finish.
Product Description
5A Nova is a pair of drumsticks from Vic Firth made of second-grade hickory. They are weight-matched and pitch-matched using Vic Firth's own technique, so each pair keeps the same feel despite the simpler wood.
The sticks measure 1.44cm in diameter and 40.64cm in length, with an oval wood tip and a lacquered finish. The second-grade hickory brings the price down, which suits drummers with a limited budget who still want Vic Firth's weight-sorting and matching.
