28" Aquarian Superkick II Double Ply - Clear

Product Description

The Aquarian Super Kick II is a double ply, Clear-finish bass drum head in 28" built for musical, controlled bass drum tone without felt strips, pillows or other external muffling. It's a favorite among drummers, drum techs and recording engineers who want strong low-end control right out of the box.

• Patented "Floating Muffling System" for a natural, pre-muffled tone
• Eliminates unwanted overtones without extra damping
• Boosts low-end punch
• Double ply construction for added durability and control

Floating Muffling System

At the heart of the Super Kick series is the patented "Floating Muffling System": a narrow band of acoustic felt that sits loosely against the head. The felt moves and "breathes" with the drumhead on every hit, removing unwanted overtones while keeping the tone natural. Rather than the often lifeless result of tape, pillows or external dampers.

The series and this version

Super Kick is available in single ply, double ply and hybrid ply versions, in Clear, Texture or Vintage Coated finishes. This version is double ply with a Clear finish, giving a fuller, more controlled fundamental tone compared to the single ply versions. A solid choice whether you're in the rehearsal room, studio or on stage and want a stable low end without fiddling with extra muffling.
