Fiberskyn 3 Ambassador is Remo's fiber-based drumhead, known for a dark, warm and round tone traditionally sought after in jazz. This 26" head is sized for bass drum use and delivers a soft, authentic attack that works equally well in orchestral settings and on world percussion instruments.

The head is built as a single-ply 10 mil Mylar® film with a poly-spun fiber layer on top, giving it its distinctive fiber-textured surface. It's classed as medium-weight and produces a warm mid-range resonant sound with a warm attack. Soft and full rather than sharp or cracking.

Tone

Fiberskyn 3 is known for its dark, warm, round tone. It's a classic choice for traditional jazz, concert snare drums, bass drums and tom-toms, and it also delivers an authentic ethnic drum sound on world percussion instruments. The surface performs well with both sticks and brushes.
