24" Aquarian Impact Double Ply - Clear
Heavily muffled double-ply bass drum head for focused attack and powerful low end.
Product Description
The Aquarian Impact Clear Double Ply is a 24" bass drum head built for players who want a focused, controlled sound without adding extra muffling. The built-in wide muffling ring tames unwanted overtones right out of the box, giving you a clear attack and powerful low end from the start.
The Impact series is a wider development of Aquarian's Superkick concept, featuring a floating muffling system: a 4" wide felt ring mounted on the underside of the head. The ring sits freely and delivers powerful damping of unwanted overtones without choking the tone completely. The result is a focused sound with clear attack and a punchy, powerful low end, ideal for players who need their bass drum to cut through cleanly in the mix.
Construction
The head is built with double plies (Double Ply) in a Clear finish, giving extra durability and a fuller tone compared to single-ply alternatives. The Impact heads are also available in a single-ply version for a brighter, more open sound.
Who It's For
A good choice if you want a bass drum head that comes pre-muffled from the factory, without needing to add your own muffling rings or pillows. Great for players who want a controlled, clear low end with no extra hassle.
