24" Remo Powerstroke 3 Colortone - Green

Product Description

24" bass drum head from Remo in the Powerstroke 3 Colortone series, here in green. A single-ply head with a built-in dampening ring that gives a focused, controlled sound and a surface that stands out visually as much as it does sonically.

Powerstroke 3 is built on Remo's standard PS3 construction with a built-in control ring that removes unwanted overtones and gives the bass drum a focused sound without the need for extra dampening. The difference from a standard PS3 head is the surface: Remo uses Skyndeep® Imaging technology to apply a coloured, durable surface to the head, while maintaining projection, tone and durability according to the manufacturer.

The Colortone series is available in several colours: Orange, Yellow, Red, Green, Blue and Smoke. The series comes in three head types: Emperor®, Powerstroke® 77 and Powerstroke® P3, in sizes from 8" to 26". This particular head is the 24" PS3 in green, a good choice if you want to add colour to your bass drum while keeping the PS3 series' focused sound.
