24" Paiste Color Sound 900 Mega Ride Cymbal - Purple

Product Description

A 24" ride cymbal from Paiste's Color Sound 900 series in purple. The Mega Ride is a heavy, powerful ride cymbal with a warm, full sound suited for both live and studio use, across all genres.

The Color Sound 900 series stands out from the crowd and is available in four bold colors. These cymbals are essentially the same as the standard 900 series, but are machine-made in a first step and then hand-hammered afterwards. Thanks to the color coating, they get a slightly darker, more controlled sound than the standard models in the series.

Sound Character

The Mega Ride delivers a warm, full and dynamic sound with a pinging stick attack and lively intensity. The bell is separated from the body of the cymbal, giving a distinct, clearly audible bell tone alongside the body sound.

Construction

The cymbal is cast in CuSn20 bronze and made in an extra heavy weight, giving it a loud to very loud volume.

Who It's For

A great choice if you want a powerful, versatile ride cymbal with clear character, in a color that stands out on stage or in the studio.
