24" Paiste Color Sound 900 Mega Ride Cymbal - Blue

Product Description

A 24" Mega Ride from Paiste's Color Sound 900 series, here in bold blue. A powerful ride cymbal with a warm, full and dynamic sound, made from CuSn20 alloy for players who want volume and character across any style of music.

The Color Sound 900 series shares its foundation with the standard 900 series, but goes through an extra colour coating that gives the sound a slightly darker, more controlled character. As with the 900 series, the cymbals are machine-made at the base and hand-hammered in the final step, giving a lively, personal sound despite the high production volume.

Sound and Feel

The Mega Ride is extra heavy in weight and delivers volume in the Loud to Very Loud range. A cymbal that cuts through even in a loud mix. The stick sound is pingy with a lively intensity, and a separated bell gives a distinct sound of its own, clearly set apart from the body. Overall, the sound character is warm, full and dynamic.

Where It Works

This cymbal works both live and in the studio, and suits any genre or musical context. A good choice if you want a ride cymbal that stands out visually as much as it does sonically.
