22" Istanbul Agop Xist Raw Ride Cymbal
22" ride cymbal from Istanbul Agop's Xist Raw series. Dry, penetrating tone with a powerful, clear bell.
Product Description
22" ride cymbal from Istanbul Agop's Xist Raw series, built for a dry, well-defined stick sound with a bell that cuts through without getting lost in overtones. A great fit whether you play jazz or rock and want tight control over your dynamics.
By combining more modern production techniques with traditional cymbal making processes, Istanbul Agop offers professional quality at a price accessible to drummers at any level.
Sound and Feel
This ride has a dry character with very penetrating, well-defined stick definition, so every stroke stays clear in the mix. The bell is clear and powerful, working well as its own accent voice. Wash is minimal, while overtones remain rich but controlled, keeping the sound focused even under heavier playing.
Finish
The Xist series is also available with a Traditionally lathed or Modern brilliant finish. This model is the Raw finish.
