22" Evans EMAD Heavyweight Bass Drum Head - Clear
EMAD Heavyweight Clear from Evans, 22" bass drum head with built-in damping system and interchangeable outer rings.
Product Description
EMAD Heavyweight Clear is a 22" bass drum head from Evans built around the EMAD damping system, where interchangeable outer rings make it quick and easy to change the sound. The head is made up of two plies of 10mil film and comes in the Clear finish.
With a wide ring you get a fat, hammocked sound, while a narrow ring gives a more open tone. Remove the ring altogether and you get a classic Bonham thud. This way you can move between several different sounds on the same head without having to change it.
