20" Aquarian Super Kick II - Coated
Bass drum head with Aquarian's patented Floating Muffling System. Reduces overtones and adds punchy low end without pillows or tape.
Product Description
The Aquarian Super Kick II is a double-ply bass drum head with the patented Floating Muffling System. A narrow band of acoustic felt that moves and "breathes" with the head. The result is a controlled, musical bass drum sound with strong low-end punch, with no pillows, blankets, or other external muffling needed.
Built-in muffling that breathes with the head
Unlike loose pillows or tape, the muffling sits inside the head itself. The narrow felt strip moves along with the head's vibration, removing unwanted overtones without choking the tone. What's left is a pre-muffled yet natural character with plenty of low end.
Part of Aquarian's Super Kick line
The Super Kick series is one of Aquarian's best-selling bass drum head families, available in single-ply, double-ply, and hybrid-ply versions with clear, texture, or vintage coated finishes. This version is the Super Kick II in a coated, double-ply build, made for drummers, drum techs, and recording engineers who want control without extra muffling work.
