20" Aquarian Super Kick 10 - Clear
Bass drum head with Aquarian's patented Floating Muffling System. Breathes with the head, reducing overtones and boosting low-end punch.
Product Description
The Aquarian Super Kick 10 Clear is a 20" bass drum head built around the patented Floating Muffling System. A narrow band of acoustic felt that moves freely and "breathes" with the head. The result is a controlled, musical bass drum sound without adding felt strips, pillows or other external muffling.
How the muffling works
The felt band isn't glued in place but rests loosely against the underside of the head. As the head vibrates, the felt moves with it, eliminating unwanted overtones while boosting the full, punchy low end that bass drums are known for. The technology is built for drummers, drum techs and recording engineers who want a controlled sound without adjusting extra muffling material inside the drum.
The Super Kick series
The Super Kick series is available in single-ply, double-ply and hybrid-ply versions, with clear, texture and vintage coated finishes. This version, Super Kick 10, comes in a Clear finish.
Who It's For
A solid choice if you want a controlled, direct bass drum sound on stage or in the studio without building your own muffling setup.
