20" Istanbul Agop Cindy Blackman Santana Mantra Crash Cymbal

Product Description

20" crash cymbal from Istanbul Agop's Cindy Blackman Santana Mantra series, a signature model developed with drummer Cindy Blackman Santana. The Mantra series plays as a counterpart to her OM series, adding higher volume and greater attack while keeping the same musical balance of warm overtones.

This cymbal delivers an open, full and rich sound with good volume and projection. It cuts through the mix while still holding onto a warm, dark tonal character, thanks to the musical balance between attack and overtones that defines the series.

Sound Character

The sound is open and full, with a rich spread of warm overtones. Attack is more pronounced and volume higher than on the OM series, giving the cymbal greater cut and projection while still keeping a dark, musical foundation.

Who It's For

A great choice if you need a crash with extra projection and cut, without giving up a rich, dark tonal character in favor of a brighter or more aggressive sound.
