19" Paiste RUDE Crash/Ride Cymbal
Product Description
The 19" RUDE Crash/Ride from Paiste is a legendary cymbal built for raw, trashy and loud music. With extra heavy bronze, a powerful attack and a long bell, it delivers a distinct, cutting sound that carries through a dense mix. Ideal for rock, hard rock, heavy metal, punk and hardcore.
Sound Character
The RUDE series launched in the early 80s and stood out from the crowd then, just as it does today. The cymbal is cast from CuSn20 bronze and has an extra heavy thickness that gives a raw, hard and sharp sound with powerful volume. Rated Loud to Very Loud. Despite the intensity, the sound is balanced, and the long bell contributes an integrated chick sound.
Playing Feel
The attack is powerful and clear, making the cymbal easy to hear even in a fully saturated mix. It works both as a crash and a ride, giving flexibility in the setup.
Who It's For
The RUDE Crash/Ride suits drummers playing raw, trashy and loud music. Rock, hard rock, heavy metal, punk, hardcore and most modern metal styles. It works equally well live and in the studio, for drummers who want a clear, aggressive sound that cuts through.
