19" Istanbul Agop Lenny White Signature Epoch Crash Cymbal
19" crash cymbal, Lenny White Signature Epoch by Istanbul Agop. Deep, warm crash with quick decay from its flatter profile.
Product Description
19" crash cymbal from Istanbul Agop's Lenny White Signature "Epoch" series. A deep, warm crash with quick decay thanks to its flatter profile, giving a controlled sound that never gets overly complex.
The Istanbul Agop Lenny White Signature "Epoch" line was developed in collaboration with Lenny, heavily inspired by a ride cymbal given to Wallace Roney by the late, great Tony Williams, one that Lenny used to play while working with Wallace. That history and character carries through the whole Epoch series, including this 19" crash.
Sound Character
The Epoch Crashes feature a deep, warm, but not overly complex crash with a quick decay due to their flatter profile, making them easy to control while still delivering a clear accent.
Who It's For
A great choice if you want a crash cymbal with real pedigree and character, and prefer a warm, controlled sound over a long, washy sustain.
