19" Sabian FRX Crash Cymbal
FRX Crash Cymbal in B20 Bronze, 19". Extra-thin with quick, shimmering response for settings where regular cymbals are too loud.
Product Description
The SABIAN 19" FRX Crash is a pro-level, extra-thin B20 Bronze crash built for playing environments where standard cymbals carry too much attack. FRX (Frequency Reduced) cymbals aren't low volume cymbals. They work by cutting specific frequencies that reduce the perceived volume, giving you a quick, shimmering response and an exceptionally soft feel that sits perfectly in the mix no matter how hard you play.
Because FRX removes specific frequencies rather than simply softening the cymbal, you can play full-out without holding back. That makes it a strong choice for churches, weddings, corporate gigs, small venues, schools, musical theater, cruise ships, drummers who sing while playing, band rehearsals, and any setting where cymbal volume could be a problem. That includes large stages with a multitude of live mics for singers and acoustic instruments.
