19" Paiste Color Sound 900 Heavy Crash Cymbal - Blue
19" Crash Cymbal, Paiste Color Sound 900 in blue. Warm, full sound with a darker, more controlled character from the color coating.
Product Description
The Paiste Color Sound 900 Blue Heavy Crash is a 19" crash cymbal made from CuSn20 alloy in a heavy weight, built for medium to loud volume. It works equally well live and in the studio, across all genres. The blue color coating gives it a slightly darker, more controlled sound than the standard 900 series.
Like the rest of the Color Sound 900 series, the cymbal starts out machine-made and is then hand-hammered in the final stage. The result is a warm, full and dynamic sound with a washy attack and an integrated bell for extra cut when playing on the bell.
Sound Character
The sound is lively and intense, warm and full in character. Thanks to the blue color coating, the tone becomes slightly darker and more controlled compared to an untreated 900 cymbal, giving a more manageable cymbal without losing dynamics.
Who It's For
A great choice if you want a crash cymbal with personality, both visually and sonically, for players working across live and studio settings.
