18" Aquarian Super-2 - Coated
Two-ply tom head, 18", with plenty of attack, projection and depth. Great for rock and hard rock.
Product Description
The Aquarian Super-2 Coated 18" is a transparent two-ply drum head built for plenty of attack, projection and depth. Aquarian's Vacuum Tuned Process prevents air from getting trapped between the plies, giving the head a fuller tone. It's a solid choice if you play rock or hard rock and want a head that can take a beating.
The head combines two plies, 7 mil and 5 mil, giving it the strength and stability needed for harder playing styles without the tone turning thin or uncontrolled. The patented Safe-T-Loc ring keeps the head securely in place and prevents it from slipping in the hoop, which helps keep the tuning stable over time. The Sound Curve edge is built for what Aquarian calls Responsive Tuning. An edge designed to make the head easy to tune and quick to respond to adjustments.
