Product Description
The Aquarian Super-2 Clear With Studio-X Ring is a transparent 2-ply drum head, 18" in size, delivering strong attack, projection and depth. It's a great choice for rock and hard rock players who want a powerful, full-bodied sound.
The head combines two plies of film, 7 mil and 5 mil respectively. Aquarian's Vacuum Tuned Process presses the plies together so no air gets trapped between them, giving the head a fuller tone than many other two-ply heads.
Construction
The patented Safe-T-Loc ring keeps the head securely seated and prevents it from slipping in the hoop. The Sound Curve edge is designed for what Aquarian calls "Responsive Tuning". A head that responds clearly to tuning with even response across the playing surface.
