18" Paiste Signature Mellow Crash Cymbal

Product Description

The 18" Signature Mellow Crash from Paiste is hand-crafted in Switzerland by Paiste's own cymbal makers. Part of the Signature series and made from the proprietary Signature Bronze alloy, it's built for drummers who want musical, characterful tone at soft to medium volumes.

Sound Character

The tone is musical, full and clear, with a washy quality to the strike sound. It has a lively intensity and an integrated bell that adds definition to the attack. The medium thin weight makes this a cymbal for soft to medium volume playing rather than high-volume stage use.

Construction

The cymbal is made from Paiste's own Proprietary Signature Bronze alloy and belongs to the Signature series, which is hand-crafted from start to finish by Swiss cymbalsmiths.

Uses

Suited to most volumes and styles, both live and in the studio. From pop and rock to country, blues and big band. The Signature series is built for the drummer seeking personal creativity and musical finesse rather than sheer volume.
