18" Paiste Signature Heavy China Cymbal

Product Description

The Paiste Signature Heavy China is an 18" china cymbal made from Proprietary Signature Bronze, hand-crafted from start to finish by Swiss cymbal makers. It delivers a full, washy sound with a long bell and works across most volumes and styles, both live and in the studio.

Sound and Feel

The Signature series is built for drummers who want a musical, beautiful and clear sound with plenty of fullness. This heavy china model has a washy attack with clear intensity and a long bell that adds character to both short accents and longer passages. An integrated chick sound makes it versatile across playing styles.

Construction

The cymbal is made from Proprietary Signature Bronze and has a heavy thickness, giving it a solid character suited to medium to very loud volume. Like the rest of the Signature series, it is hand-hammered and finished by Swiss cymbal makers, from start to finish.

Suitable For

The china cymbal suits most genres and settings, from pop, rock and heavy metal to country, blues and big band. It works equally well on stage and in the studio.
