18" Aquarian Hi-Frequency - Coated
Thin 7-mil single-ply head that brightens tone. Ideal tom resonant head, also works as a batter for light players. Black or white finish.
The Aquarian Hi-Frequency 18" Coated is a thin, single-ply tom head built from 7-mil film that brings out the higher frequencies in the drum. It's designed primarily as a resonant (bottom) head but also works as a batter head if you play with a light touch and want maximum sensitivity.
Bright, Fast-Responding Tone
The thin 7-mil Nu-Brite film reacts quickly to the stick and produces a brighter, more open tone compared to thicker heads. Used as a resonant head on a tom, it emphasizes overtones and gives the drum a more open character. As a batter head, it suits players with a light touch who want maximum sensitivity and fast response.
Look
Hi-Frequency comes with a Video Gloss finish in black or white, giving it a striking, glossy look. A good choice if you want a resonant head that also stands out on stage or in the studio.
