18" Sabian HH Medium-Thin Crash Cymbal - Brilliant
Product Description
The Sabian HH Medium-Thin Crash is an 18-inch hand-hammered crash cymbal with a Brilliant Finish, built for explosive response with moderate sustain. Through the HH Remastered process the cymbal gets more hammering, more complexity, and more tone, giving it a thinner, more musical sound than earlier HH crashes. Ideal for funk, jazz and rock, on studio or stage.
- Explosive response with moderate sustain
- HH Remastered delivers more hammering, more complexity, and more tone
- Thinner, more musical sound compared to earlier HH crashes
- Unmistakable warmth that only traditional hand-hammered cymbals can deliver
- Ideal for funk, jazz, rock, on studio or stage
Sound and Feel
As a medium-thin crash, it delivers a fast, powerful attack that decays with a moderate sustain, clear enough for transparent passages while retaining the body a hand-hammered HH cymbal is known for. The added complexity from HH Remastered gives the tone more nuance without losing warmth in the fundamental.
Construction
The cymbal is hand-hammered using Sabian's traditional HH process and finished with a Brilliant Finish.
Who It's For
A great choice if you play funk, jazz or rock and want a crash that's fast on attack but still musical and nuanced in tone.
Covered by Sabian's Two-Year Warranty.
