Product Description
The 18" Giant Beat Thin is a remake of Paiste's classic from the late 1960s, a big, versatile cymbal with that huge vintage rock sound from the 60s and 70s. The thin build gives it a lively, washy attack full of character.
- CuSn20 bronze alloy
- Thin weight
- Washy attack sound
- Lively intensity
- Integrated bell
- Low to medium loud volume
Sound Character
The sound is described as big, warm, shimmering and organic, with plenty of dynamics. Thanks to the thin build and the low to medium loud volume, this cymbal delivers an open, lively sound without overpowering the mix.
Use
The Giant Beat Thin is built for retro-rock, classic rock, hard rock, pop and big band, and works equally well live and in the studio.
