The Paiste Color Sound 900 Red Crash is an 18" crash cymbal in CuSn20 bronze with a warm, full and dynamic sound. The colour coating gives a slightly darker, more controlled sound than the standard 900 series, while keeping the washy attack and lively intensity the series is known for.

The Color Sound 900 series stands out from the crowd – these cymbals come in four bold colours, letting you build a set-up that looks as good as it sounds. Production starts out the same way as the regular 900 series, machine-made, but each cymbal is finished with hand-hammering before the colour coating is applied.

Expect a warm, full and dynamic sound with medium low to loud volume and a washy attack that spreads out nicely. The integrated bell adds extra definition to the stick attack.
