18" Paiste Color Sound 900 Blue China Cymbal - Blue
18" Blue China cymbal from Paiste Color Sound 900. Washy, trashy sound with a warm, full character for stage and studio.
Product Description
The Paiste Color Sound 900 Blue China is an 18" China cymbal in blue, made from CuSn20 bronze. It delivers a warm, full and dynamic sound that's slightly darker and more controlled than the regular 900 Series, thanks to the color coating.
The cymbal starts out machine-made, then gets hand-hammered in the final step, just like the rest of the Color Sound 900 Series. The bold blue color makes it a striking visual addition to any setup, while it keeps the raw, trashy character typical of a China cymbal.
Sound Character
The attack is washy with trashy intensity and a medium bell, while volume sits between medium and loud. The China sound has an integrated chick sound and works both for sharp accents and more sweeping effects.
Who It's For
Great for players performing live or in the studio, across any genre or musical context, who want a colorful China cymbal with real character.
